Do we have to move from eBA to Bimser Synergy?
No. eBA PLUS is still supported. For most organisations the lowest-risk path is to build new processes on Bimser Synergy and move existing ones over time; we plan the migration with you.
How long does an eBA to Bimser Synergy migration take?
It depends on the number and complexity of processes. A single process can move in a few weeks; organisation-wide migrations follow a department-by-department plan. After the inventory and analysis we give you a clear timeline.
Are eBA forms converted to Bimser Synergy automatically?
Yes. eBA forms and flows are converted to Bimser Synergy in one click, and AI-assisted analysis produces the migration plan. Our team then reviews and completes the business rules and tests them with process owners.
Does work stop during the migration?
No. Processes move department by department and the old and new systems run in parallel for a while. A process is not retired from eBA until it is verified on the new platform.
What happens to approval history, archives and open items?
They are moved. Open work items, archives, documents and approval history appear the same way in Bimser Synergy, so audits don’t send you back to the old system.
What about our eBA integrations?
ERP (SAP, Logo, Netsis, Nebim), HR, Active Directory / LDAP, e-mail and e-signature integrations are rebuilt on Bimser Synergy and tested as part of the migration plan.
