Every man-day approved, every month closed

NNTicket · Scene 1/4

Which inbox is that customer request stuck in?

Every e-mail sent to the support address becomes a numbered ticket within seconds and is linked to the right customer by the sender's domain. Replies join the conversation automatically, with quoted history and signatures stripped. When a customer answers an estimate with "approve" or "reject", the decision is recorded on the ticket, and anything written below it is saved as a note.

Why NNTicket?

You feel the difference from day one.

NNTicket puts software and consulting firms at the same desk as their customers and makes the man-day cost of every job clear from the start. A customer opens a request in the portal or with a plain e-mail; the project manager sends a versioned, line-item estimate, and the customer's approver signs it off with a one-word reply.

Logged effort is drawn from the contract pool automatically, and at month end each customer's total is locked and sent out as a branded service summary. SLA tracking, a satisfaction survey, internal tasks and role-aware reports bring the whole service lifecycle into one place.

01

One loop from estimate to invoice

Man-day estimate, customer approval, actual effort and contract pool are linked on the same record. Nothing gets re-added in a spreadsheet at month end.

02

No portal required for customers

Customers open tickets, reply, approve estimates and rate the service using nothing but e-mail. No new app to learn, no password to remember.

03

Locked months, undisputed invoices

Once a month is billed its totals are frozen and no effort can be changed after the fact. Each customer receives their own service summary.

04

Privacy enforced on the server

Actual effort, internal notes and prices are never sent to users without permission, not merely hidden in the interface. Each customer sees only their own company and the projects they are scoped to.

05

SLA per customer and priority

Customers with a tighter commitment get their own targets. Breaches go to the company manager, and unassigned or unanswered tickets raise separate alerts.

06

Three-dimension satisfaction

The survey scores the service, the support person and the product separately. Customers answer with one click in the e-mail, or simply by replying "5".

FAQ

Questions you might have.

What is NNTicket?

NNTicket is a help desk for software and consulting firms with man-day effort billing. Customer emails become tickets, effort estimates go to the customer for approval, actual effort is drawn from contract pools and each month is billed and locked. It includes SLAs, escalation and satisfaction surveys.

Do customers need to log in?

No. Customers open tickets by writing to the support address, join the conversation by replying to notifications, decide on estimates by putting "approve", "reject" or "revise" on the first line, and rate the closing survey straight from the e-mail. Customer users who prefer the portal can manage their tickets, estimates and approvals there too.

Can customers see our actual effort and internal notes?

No. Actual effort, internal notes and price fields are removed on the server, so that data never reaches a user without permission. Customer users see only records from their own company and from the projects they are scoped to. VPN and RDP details for customer systems are stored encrypted and opened on the provider side only, and staff sign-in can be protected with TOTP two-factor authentication.

How does billing work?

The billing report totals approved effort entries per customer and month and splits them into billable and non-billable; effort on internal tasks never mixes in. "Bill and lock" closes the month, records the invoice number and date, and e-mails each customer a branded service summary.

Which languages are available?

The interface is ready in Turkish and English, with Russian and Arabic language options and right-to-left layout for Arabic. E-mail commands recognise both Turkish and English words.

Can we set SLA targets per customer?

Yes. First-response and resolution targets are defined for each customer and priority, and customers without their own targets run on the defaults. The specialist and project manager are warned as a deadline nears, and the company manager is notified on breach.
