What is NNProof?

NNProof is online proofing and approval software for packaging and print artwork. Files are reviewed with deep zoom up to 300 DPI, annotated with numbered, severity-ranked marks, and compared side by side, as an overlay or as a pixel difference; the approved file reaches the printer through a login-free supplier portal with a full audit trail.

Which file types can we upload?

You can upload PDF, JPEG and PNG files up to 500 MB each. Every page is processed at up to 300 DPI, and even A0-size dielines open smoothly.

Do suppliers need to log in?

No. Each supplier contact gets a personal, secure link: no accounts, no passwords. Suppliers see only their own orders, and you see every view, download and confirmation on record.

How does it work with our existing approval process?

NNProof connects to workflow systems such as Bimser Synergy: when approval is given, it updates the active version, archives the previous one and moves open orders to the new version. Multi-step approval directly inside NNProof is coming soon.

Can we embed it in our own application or forms?
