Every correction sits on the page as a numbered mark with a severity, and version uploads, marks, comments and views are written to an activity history. The approved version becomes active, the previous one is archived, and purchase orders coming from SAP are matched to the right artwork by material and vendor code. How does NNProof keep track of label changes?
Every revision is stored as its own version with uploader, time and note, and older versions open read-only. Version uploads, marks added, resolved and reopened, comments and views are recorded on a history timeline, and each event links straight to its mark.
How do we know the supplier has the right version?
On approval, the previous version is archived and open orders move to the new one. Suppliers see only their own orders through a personal link, and every view, download and confirmation is written to the access log with email, version and time.
How does it work with SAP?
SAP purchase orders are pushed to NNProof through its integration API. The component is found by material code and the supplier by vendor code, first orders are flagged, and unmatched orders can be linked to an artwork code by hand on the purchasing screen.
Do the approval steps run inside NNProof?
Today the approval decision comes from your workflow system, such as Bimser Synergy, with NNProof's viewer and upload page running inside those forms. Multi-step approval with sequential and parallel approvers, due dates and approve/reject decisions is coming soon directly inside NNProof.
How do these records help in an audit?
The history timeline and the annotated PDF show when a change was requested, by whom and how it was closed, and the supplier access log documents which version was received. NNProof does not replace your quality system; it gives it the evidence.
