What is NNOPS?

NNOPS is operations software for running chain and franchise branches from one centre. It combines GPS-verified branch audits, purchasing with approval chains and 3D Secure card payment, video/PDF training with exams, an operations manual and a command centre that scores every branch on a map. It is built for restaurant, café and retail chains.

How is NNOPS deployed?

NNOPS is web-based and runs in the NNSimply cloud. It opens in the browser, so there is nothing to install at the branches. You can also use it as a Microsoft Teams tab or from within the NNSimply portal.

Which systems does it integrate with?

It comes with ready integrations for Protel/Simpra inventory, Oracle MICROS Simphony BI, Yapı Kredi POSNET, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams. Protel and Oracle connections are set up for your company and tested from the screen in one click.

Which languages are supported?

The interface is available in Turkish, English and Russian, and each user picks their own.

Can auditors use it on their phones?

Yes. NNOPS opens in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. Visits use the phone's location and camera, with no app store download needed.

How is our data kept?

Each company's data and integration settings are kept in their own dedicated space. You can export visit reports as PDF and training reports as Excel at any time.
