What is NNTeams?
NNTeams is an AI meeting assistant for Microsoft Teams. Norma joins the meeting as a participant, transcribes it inside the company and splits it into summary, decisions, action items and risks, each linked to its moment in the conversation. Action items are assigned to their owners as tickets in NNTicket, and typing "@Norma open items" in the meeting chat lists overdue work and high risks.
Do participants know that Norma is taking notes?
Yes. Norma appears in the participant list and Teams shows its recording notice. Informing participants is the customer's duty as data controller; NNTeams makes it visible.
Where is meeting content processed?
Audio is transcribed inside the company and analysis runs by default on the local Norma model. Transcripts are encrypted, never written to logs and deleted after the period the tenant sets. A cloud model is used only if the tenant explicitly allows it.
Can Norma make decisions in the meeting?
No. Norma summarises, reminds and shows open items; it never approves or decides on anyone's behalf. A question that asks for a decision is recorded as an open item.
Does it work for Turkish meetings?
Yes. NNTeams was built for Turkish meetings; transcription and analysis run in the meeting's language.
