NNSchedule

Live

Every recurring job, right on time

NNSchedule · Scene 1/4

Who sends out that Monday report?

Someone runs the query in the morning, pastes it into Excel, formats it and e-mails it; when that person is on leave, so is the report. In NNSchedule you define the query or stored procedure once, and every Monday at the same hour the result lands in recipients' inboxes as a formatted HTML table or a CSV attachment that opens cleanly in Excel. Nobody has to remember.

New channels for AI results

Soon

Summaries and bulletins produced by AI jobs will go straight to the channels your team already works in.

Calendar, notifications and Russian interface

Soon

Scheduled jobs on a calendar view, and the events that matter in front of you as they happen.

AI

AI that does the work for you.

  • Scheduled AI jobs

Write the system and user prompt once, and let summaries, bulletins or text generation run on their own every day or every week. The date and job name are filled into the prompt automatically.

  • Three providers, one job type

OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini all run in the same job type. The provider is recognised from the model name, so switching models is as simple as changing one field.

  • Every answer on record

Each model answer is stored in the run history with its duration and status. What was asked, when it was asked and what came back is always clear.

  • Webhook delivery

The answer is sent to the address of your choice together with the job name and timestamp. Your own app, automation tool or chat bot receives the result instantly.

Why NNSchedule?

You feel the difference from day one.

NNSchedule turns the work teams do by hand every day, week and month into scheduled jobs in a single console. Trigger any API, run a SQL query or stored procedure and e-mail the result as a formatted table or CSV, or send a prompt to OpenAI, Claude or Gemini and forward the answer by webhook.

You build the schedule from presets with a plain-language description, and every expression is validated before it is saved. Every run is logged with its duration, output and error, and the dashboard shows success rate and average duration at a glance.

01

Three job types, one scheduler

API calls, SQL reports and AI prompts live in the same console, on the same schedules, in the same run history. No separate tool for each kind of job.

02

SQL reports without code

Write the query, add the recipients, and the result arrives on time as a formatted HTML table or CSV attachment. No service to build, no screen to open.

03

Provider-independent AI

OpenAI, Claude or Gemini: you pick the model, NNSchedule does the rest. When a better model ships tomorrow, you don't rebuild your jobs.

04

Scheduling that doesn't slip

Bad expressions are caught before they are saved, HTTP jobs retry when an endpoint is down and log every attempt, finished one-time jobs switch themselves off, and missed jobs catch up within 24 hours.

05

A schedule anyone can read

Presets and plain-language descriptions mean you read "every weekday at 06:00" instead of "0 0 6 ? * MON-FRI". Whoever sets up the schedule and whoever audits it see the same thing.

06

A backbone proven in production

NN CRM reminders and NN Avcı night runs, NN FMCG and NN OPS weekly summary e-mails and the nightly Oracle BI sync run on NNSchedule every day.

FAQ

Questions you might have.

What is NNSchedule?

NNSchedule is scheduled-job and report automation software. HTTP calls, SQL queries and AI tasks (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) are scheduled with a visual builder instead of hand-written cron; results are emailed as a table or CSV and every run is logged. The reminder and weekly-summary automations of other NNSimply products run on NNSchedule.

Do I need to know cron to set up a schedule?

No. Pick one of eight presets or build the schedule by ticking frequency, hour and day, and NNSchedule describes every expression in a plain sentence. Users fluent in cron can type the raw expression in Advanced Mode. Either way, the expression is validated before it is saved.

How are SQL results delivered?

Turn on "Send results via e-mail" in a SQL job and add the recipients. The result goes out either as a formatted HTML table in the e-mail body or as a CSV attachment that opens with every character intact in Excel. Both plain queries and stored procedures are supported.

Which AI models can I use?

OpenAI GPT models, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini. The provider is recognised from the model name, so switching models means updating a single field. The answer is stored in the run log and forwarded by webhook to any system you choose; e-mail, Teams and Slack delivery are on the way.

What happens when a job fails?

The run is logged with its error message and reflected in the dashboard's success rate. HTTP jobs retry with the count and interval you set, and every attempt appears as its own log row. Once the issue is fixed, "Trigger now" re-runs the job immediately.

Can several companies or teams share one installation?

Yes. NNSchedule is multi-tenant: every job and run log is separated by tenant, account and project, and job names are unique within a tenant. The "Scheduled Jobs" screen in the NNSimply portal also shows each user only the tenants they are authorised for.
