Live

Every visit, audit-ready proof

NN-FMCG · Scene 1/4

Did this visit really happen?

Photos can only be taken at the store, with the app's live camera; the gallery is locked. Shots older than 15 minutes or taken more than 300 metres away are rejected on the spot: fake visits don't get through.

AI

AI that does the work for you.

  • Stand compliance check

A vision model compares each stand photo with the brand's approved stand images and gives its verdict with a short reason: compliant, non-compliant or no stand.

  • Competitor-area label detection

The model looks at the full photo and a zoomed view of the top of the shelf to find the competitor-area label. Analysts correct a wrong result in one click, and every correction builds up calibration data.

  • Recycled photo detection

Identical files are caught by SHA-256, and cropped or re-saved look-alikes by perceptual fingerprints; blank and black frames are flagged separately. The same check also runs at approval time.

  • Scheduled scans

Scans run on their own through NN Schedule, every week for example, and never scan a photo twice. Progress is visible live, and a findings summary arrives by email after every run.

Why NN-FMCG?

You feel the difference from day one.

Your field team can only shoot photos at the store, with the app's own camera; there is no room for gallery images, WhatsApp forwards or last month's shots. Approvers see far-away visits and photos already used in another visit before they decide.

AI scans every stand photo for compliance, the competitor-area label and reuse. When the audit comes, approved visits are ready as one ZIP per distributor, with every PDF sealed by SHA-256.

01

Fake visits don't get through

Live camera only, photo age and location checks, out-of-scope and far-visit flags. The same photo can't be used twice at a point, and a copy from another visit lands in front of the approver.

02

AI review of every photo

Stand compliance and the competitor-area label are scanned regularly against the brand's reference images, and analyst corrections become calibration data.

03

Audit-ready proof in one click

One ZIP per distributor, manifest CSV, versioned PDFs sealed by SHA-256 and an auditor account that sees only the archive.

04

Visit outcomes in legal language

No stand, previously visited, customer refuses and refusal report read the same in lists, Excel, PDFs and the archive.

05

No signal, no lost visit

Drafts stay on the device and submission resumes from the last step; retries never create a duplicate visit.

06

Run the field from the map

Command Center with Action Radar, comparisons, TV mode and weekly summaries, plus route planning that suggests the day's tour.

FAQ

Questions you might have.

What is NN-FMCG?

NN-FMCG is field visit and retail audit software for FMCG brands. Field reps prove every visit with in-app live camera, GPS and photo-age checks; AI reviews stand photos for compliance, labels and reused images; approved visits become SHA-256 sealed PDFs in a per-distributor audit archive. It is an offline-capable PWA.

What happens if the store has no internet?

The visit draft is kept on the phone. When the connection returns, submission resumes from the last completed step: visit, photos, form, then sending for approval. Each visit gets its ID on the device, so retries never create a duplicate record.

Is there a mobile app?

NN-FMCG runs as a web app (PWA) installed on the phone's home screen and updates itself, so there are no app-store reviews or version rollouts to manage. The interface is designed for phone, tablet and desktop.

Which AI service is used, and where do the photos go?

Stand compliance and label checks run through an external vision model API (currently DeepSeek), and photos are sent to that service during a scan. Reused photo detection runs entirely on our own servers with classic image processing. AI flags, and an authorised person always makes the final call.

Which languages are supported?

The full interface is available in Turkish, English and Russian.

How is it deployed?

NN-FMCG is offered as a cloud service running in Docker containers on NNSimply infrastructure. Your existing point-of-sale lists are imported from Excel, and team structure and evidence rules are set from admin screens. It can also be embedded in the NNSimply portal with single sign-on.
