NN-FMCG is a field visit tracking app that proves FMCG store visits with a live photo, GPS location and a signed form. Photos can only be taken with the app's own camera, and shots older than 15 minutes or taken more than 300 metres from the store are rejected on the spot. Every visit runs through the approval chain you design, and approvers see far-away visits and photos already used in another visit before they decide. Approved visits are archived as SHA-256-sealed PDFs, packed into one ZIP per distributor and ready for any audit.

Questions you might have.
Do visits get lost when the store has no internet?
No. The visit draft is kept on the phone, and when the connection returns, submission resumes from the last completed step: visit, photos, form, then sending for approval. Each visit gets its ID on the device, so retries never create a duplicate record.
Do reps need to install anything from an app store?
No. NN-FMCG runs as a web app (PWA) installed on the phone's home screen and updates itself, so there are no app-store reviews or version rollouts to manage.
Are photos sent to an AI service?
Visit, location and approval checks run entirely on our own servers. For AI stand and label scans, photos are sent to an external vision model API (currently DeepSeek), while reused photo detection runs on our own servers with classic image processing. An authorised person always makes the final call.
How do we bring in our existing store list?
Points of sale are imported from Excel, with column headers matched to your own file format. Distributors, channels, regions, assignments and evidence rules such as the location radius are set from admin screens, without code.
