NNSchedule· Every recurring job, right on time

Let AI write the morning bulletin.

Write the prompt once, pick the model, set the time. NNSchedule asks OpenAI, Claude or Gemini right on schedule, logs the answer and forwards it by webhook.

In short

NNSchedule is a job scheduler with AI that runs prompts on a visual schedule. You write the system and user prompt once; OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini all run in the same job type, with the provider recognised from the model name. The date and job name are filled into the prompt automatically, and every answer is stored in the run history with its duration and status. The answer is then forwarded by webhook, with the job name and timestamp, to any system you choose.

Today

Sound familiar?

01

The same prompt, by hand, every day

For a daily summary, weekly bulletin or recurring text, someone opens a chat window and retypes the same prompt every time.

02

Locked into one provider

Automation built around a single AI service has to be rebuilt the moment a better model ships elsewhere.

03

Answers with no record

What was asked, when it was asked and what the model replied are kept nowhere, so nothing can be checked later.

04

Results stuck in a chat window

Getting the generated text into your own app or automation tool still means someone copying and pasting it.

FAQ

Questions you might have.

Which AI models can I schedule?

OpenAI GPT models, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini. The provider is recognised from the model name: names starting with "claude" go to Claude, names starting with "gemini" go to Gemini, and everything else goes to OpenAI. Switching models means updating a single field.

Where does the answer go?

Every answer is stored in the run history and sent by webhook, together with the job name and timestamp, to the address you choose. Direct delivery by e-mail and to Microsoft Teams or Slack channels is coming soon.

How do I keep the prompt current on every run?

Use the {date} and {jobName} variables in your prompt; NNSchedule fills them with the current date and the job name on every run. The same prompt becomes a request specific to that day.

Does an AI job read my data?

No. An AI job sends only the system and user prompt you write to the model; it does not attach data from your database or run logs. For data-driven reports, use the SQL jobs in the same console.

How do I verify that an AI job ran?

Every run is logged with its start time, duration, status and answer, and counts towards the dashboard success rate. Use "Trigger now" to run a new prompt without waiting for the schedule and read the answer in the log detail straight away.
