NNOPS is an end-to-end purchasing portal for chain and franchise branches. Branches order from a catalog synced from the inventory system, and each request passes a multi-step approval chain set by branch, region, amount, priority or category. Payment is taken by card with 3D Secure through Yapı Kredi POSNET, consent to the versioned sales contract is recorded on every order, and a confirmation document is sent by e-mail. On final approval, the record is posted to Protel/Simpra automatically.

Where does the product catalog come from?
Products sync from the Protel/Simpra integration. You manage margins in bulk or by category, VAT and per-region delivery days in NNOPS.

Yes. You configure the multi-step approval chain by branch, region, amount range, priority or category. Approvers see pending requests in one inbox and approve in bulk or in one click from e-mail.
How do franchisees pay?
Card payment is taken with 3D Secure through Yapı Kredi POSNET. Commission rates are set per payment type, and the branch sees commission and grand total in the request summary.
Do branch staff see the other modules?
No. Branch users have a separate permission profile; after login they land straight on a clean purchasing screen and work only with purchasing.
