If the auditor is not within 50 meters of the branch, the visit will not open; it starts with a branch photo, and every "No" answer is backed by its own photo. The score is calculated automatically with negative weights, the visit goes through approval and a PDF report is sent by e-mail. All results land on the command-center map, with region rankings and the branches that need attention.

Can we use our own audit checklist?
Yes. You build the question sets yourself with Yes / No / N/A or multi-select questions. Negative weights let you decide how much each failure lowers the score.
What happens if the auditor is not at the branch?
The visit will not open. Only branches within 50 meters can be picked, and location accuracy is refined until it is under 50 meters. A visit also cannot start without a branch photo.
Do auditors need to download a mobile app?
No. NNOPS opens in the phone browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. Visits use the phone location and camera.
How does head office follow the results?
The command center shows every branch on one map with month, quarter and year trends. Region rankings, branches needing attention and a weekly digest every Monday mean nobody waits for a report.
