NNProof· The right file, every print run

Approve packaging on the page, not in your inbox.

Review packaging artwork at print resolution, turn every correction into a numbered mark, compare versions in seconds and send only the approved file to the printer.

In short

NNProof is online proofing software that brings packaging artwork review and approval into a single browser screen. Files open with deep zoom at up to 300 DPI, and reviewers place corrections directly on the page as numbered marks with a severity, each settled in its own comment thread. When a new version arrives, side-by-side, overlay and pixel-difference modes confirm that only the requested fix was made. The approved version becomes the active one, the previous version is archived, and the file reaches the printer through a login-free supplier portal.

Today

Sound familiar?

01

Corrections are scattered everywhere

Feedback lives in emails, screenshots and printout margins. Tracking which fix was made and which one is still waiting becomes a job of its own.

02

Fine print is unreadable on screen

Ordinary PDF viewers blur or freeze on large carton dielines. Ingredient lists, barcodes and small type end up being checked on paper, with a loupe.

03

Nobody really knows what changed

When the designer sends a new version, two files are compared by eye. A shifted logo or a deleted warning line can slip straight through.

04

Which file went to the printer?

BOX_v4_FINAL_final.pdf… Nobody can say for sure which version the supplier has, or whether they even opened it. The wrong file costs you the whole print run.

How it works

Step by step, on screen.

Outcome
fine print and barcodes checked on screen, no loupe
300 DPI
side by side, overlay and pixel difference
3 modes
what the printer sees: the active approved version
One file
every correction numbered, owned and tracked
#1, #2…

FAQ

Questions you might have.

What does artwork approval software do?

It moves the review, corrections and sign-off of packaging files out of email and printouts into one shared screen. In NNProof, corrections sit on the page as numbered marks, versions are compared visually and the approved file goes straight to the supplier.

Which file types can we upload?

PDF, JPEG and PNG files up to 500 MB each. Every page is processed at up to 300 DPI, so even A0-size carton dielines open smoothly in the browser.

How do we see the difference between two versions?

There are three modes: side by side with synchronized pan and zoom, an overlay with an opacity slider and blink mode, and a difference view that highlights only the changed pixels. You can pick any version on either side.

Do printers or suppliers need an account?

No. Each supplier contact gets a personal, secure link. Suppliers see only their own orders and can view, download and confirm the file, while you see every step on record.

Where is the approval decision made? Is there multi-step approval?

Today the approval decision comes from your workflow system, such as Bimser Synergy; NNProof then updates the active version, archives the previous one and moves open orders to the new version. Multi-step approval with sequential and parallel approvers is coming soon directly inside NNProof.
