NNTicket· Every man-day approved, every month closed

Get customer requests out of the inbox.

NNTicket is a service desk built for software houses, integrators and IT consultancies that support business customers. Every e-mail becomes a numbered ticket, and you always know whose desk it is on and how much SLA time is left.

In short

NNTicket is help desk software for IT services companies that runs every support request from e-mail to board to closure in one flow. Each message sent to the support address becomes a numbered ticket within seconds and is linked to the right customer by the sender's domain. First-response and resolution SLAs are set per customer and priority: the specialist and project manager are warned as a deadline nears, and a breach goes to the company manager. Customers see only their own company and the projects they are scoped to, and on closure they rate the service, the support person and the product separately.

Today

Sound familiar?

01

Requests get lost in a shared mailbox

Customers write to the support address and the message sits unread in someone's inbox. Nobody knows who picked it up or when it was answered.

02

SLA breaches surface only when customers complain

Each customer was promised a different response time, but nothing tracks it. Delays come to light when the customer picks up the phone.

03

Customers see more than they should

In a shared tool, internal notes, team discussions and other projects' records sit on the same screen as the customer's tickets.

04

Nobody measures how the service landed

Tickets get closed, but you never learn whether the customer was happy with the service, the person who helped them or the product.

FAQ

Questions you might have.

Do our customers need to log in?

No. Customers open tickets by writing to the support address, join the conversation by replying to notifications and rate the closing survey straight from the e-mail. Customer users who prefer the portal can manage their tickets and approvals there too.

Can we set different SLA targets for each customer?

Yes. First-response and resolution targets are defined for each customer and priority, and customers without their own targets run on the defaults. The specialist and project manager are warned as a deadline nears, and the company manager is notified on breach.

Can customers see our internal notes or other projects?

No. Internal notes, actual effort and price fields are removed on the server, so they never reach a user without permission. Customer users see only records from their own company, in the projects they are scoped to.

What happens when an e-mail comes from an unknown address?

It still becomes a ticket. If the sender's domain matches a customer, the ticket is linked to that customer; otherwise the sender is recorded as a guest requester who cannot log in. Loop and bounce protection keeps automated mail from flooding the desk.

Which languages are available?

The interface is ready in Turkish and English, with Russian and Arabic language options as well. E-mail commands recognise both Turkish and English words.
